Dr. Joe Chang, founder of MAI, is a Board Certified ophthalmologist who gained prominence as an oculoplastic surgeon at his highly regarded Empire Eye and Laser Center (www.empireeyeandlasercenter.com) . He is also Clinical Instructor of Ophthalmology at UCLA’s Jules Stein Eye Institute where he completed his residency, after receiving his undergraduate and medical degrees from Emory University.Dr. Chang pays extraordinary attention to detail in all aspects of MAI. First, Dr. Chang combines the latest technology and over a decade’s experience with a keen aesthetic sense. He has performed thousands of successful cosmetic eyelid surgeries and aesthetic facial rejuvenation procedures. Second, he has gathered the most sought-after Providers at MAI to offer the widest possible range of aesthetic services.
